On April 9, 2024, the so-called "Local Food Meet-Up" was organized in Seinäjoki, where various producers gathered for a mini fair. In addition, buyers from shops and restaurants were invited to participate in "speed dating" with the producers.
There were 18 producers present who presented their products to approximately 25 buyers from both restaurants and shops in the local area.

Participating farm shops were: Pirula, Pure Garden, Nature Paavola, Lakeuden Highland, and Kovalaanen. Other interesting highlights at the event included Kurikan Lakkitehdas with brewery products, Häjy Distillery with interesting alcoholic beverages, Hunajahetki with a wide selection of flavored honey, Kurjen puutarha with special herbs, and Alavuden öljypuristamo with three flavored spreadable cheeses and a beet pesto that was actually quite delicious.
