The project

Kvarken Plate - Österbotten på tallriken! contributes to the establishment of a knowledge center where food producers, food processors, artisans, experts in business, marketing, and production come together on a daily basis. The project also contributes to increasing knowledge about local food production and awareness of local producers among the residents of the Österbotten region.
