Welcome to the Harvest Festival Skördefesten Åland!

You are all warmly invited to the autumn's Harvest Festival! The festival where young and old come together in the countryside to enjoy crafts, activities, and delicious food during the best harvest time!

The scent of freshly baked bread, 100 different types of jams and marmalades, knitted and felted clothes, a horse neighing happily, the distant sound of tractors, and an array of colors from this year's vegetable harvest. This is just a small part of what you can experience at the Harvest Festival, which will take place from September 22nd to 24th this year. Above all, you will find a warmth of community between producers and consumers, between the city and the countryside, between the mainland and the islanders, between animals and humans, and between the young and the old. It is this festive warmth that makes one want to visit the countryside year after year and be amazed and fascinated by the rural life.

The Harvest Festival, together with Åland Grönskar and Åland Glimrar, is at the heart of Åland's food culture, serving as an engine and gateway to becoming a strong gastronomic region and Finland's best food event!
